Decorated items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Non decorated items are eligible for return within 30 days, or exchange within 60 days.
Sale items are not eligible for any refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 24 hours, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If we have an email on file, you will receive a notification of the refund, or you may request a printed copy in our office.
Late or missing refunds
Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to arrive in your account.
We ask that you patiently wait this period as it is out of our control.
After this point, you are welcome to reach out to us and we will assist to the best of our ability. However, you may need to contact your financial institution.
We only replace items if they are undecorated, defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send or bring your item to: 4620 2nd Ave Brooklyn NY 11232.

Depending on the nature of your return, you may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
